Don't miss the chance to sell your goods in a prime location right on Route 5 in the parking lot of the Jaycees Hall in Waldorf. Single, double and triple spaces available. Reservations must be pre-paid via PayPal in order to guarantee your space.
Please note, we already will have consultants for Scentsy, Paparazzi, Tupperware & Damsel in Defense in attendance. Other brands/companies welcome.
INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
BEFORE THE SALE
Your may reserve your space by filling out the registration form on this site and then completing your payment via PayPal. All spaces will be assigned upon arrival on the day of the sale and are first come, first serve. Spaces are the size of a standard parking space. If you plan to sell furniture or need more room to spread out, double spaces and triple spaces are available. Our fee includes only the space for setup however we do have a limited number of tables available that may be used for an additional fee. If you are unable to use PayPal or prefer to pay by cash or check, please use the Contact page or email GWJayceesPresident@gmail.com for options. We cannot guarantee availability of either spaces or tables unless you reserve and pay ahead of time. All fees are considered a donation to the Greater Waldorf Jaycees and are tax-deductible. If you're with a direct sales or MLM company that allows only one consultant per event, please use the Contact page or email GWJayceesPresident@gmail.com to check availability before signing up.
DURING THE SALE
Vendors may arrive starting at 7:00am. Someone from the Greater Waldorf Jaycees will direct you upon arrival. Once you've been provided with the location of your space and you've paid your fee, please unload your merchandise and move your vehicle to the rear parking lot. Indoor restrooms are available to vendors throughout the sale. In case of inclement weather, an alternate "rain date" will be provided. Notice of cancellation due to inclement weather will be made no later than 5 a.m. on the day of the sale to all registrants via email, on our website and on the Jaycees Facebook page. The Greater Waldorf Jaycees will sell concessions during the event. Vendors may not sell food or concessions. We cannot take on the liability for consumables provided by outside vendors. Please use good judgment when deciding what to sell as it is a public event and children will be present. If anything is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, one of our volunteers may ask you to remove the item(s) to your vehicle until the sale is over.
AFTER THE SALE
You must remove ALL items immediately after the sale is over. We do not have anywhere on-site to dispose of trash and encourage you to consider donating unsold items to one of the many charitable thrift stores (i.e. Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) in the county. Please be sure to have everything cleaned up, packed and removed from the property by 2 p.m. as we have other events taking place later in the day. We are considering having additional sales in the future. Check back on our website and facebook page for new dates.

Don't forget change for customers, bags for purchases and sunscreen!
